As part of the investment consisting in the superstructure and adaptation of the attic, four carefully designed two-level apartments with an area ranging from 62 to 124 m2 were created. After a complete renovation, the tenement house took on a new glow, emphasizing its historical value. A new, glass passenger elevator, which is an integral part of the project, will provide convenient access to each of the apartments, while emphasizing standards of luxury and comfort.
